You stared at orb that hung from the ceiling. On the sides of it a beautiful decoration was imprinted making it mesmerizing to you.
Japan sat next to you, watching how you gazed longingly at his paper lantern.

"uh ___-san?"

You turned your head towards him, giving him your full attention.

"Yes Japan?"

"Why do you keep staring at my lantern?" He asked curiously

"Because I think its very beautiful." you replied with a small smile.

"Oh."

And that's when Japan thought of a brilliant idea. He spent weeks trying to finish his oh so brilliant plan. You were going to love it, well at least he hoped you liked it.

BUT because of his plan you rarely got to see him and he shooed you away whenever you went over to his house. One day you just couldn't take it anymore.

You stormed towards his house banging on his door and demanding for a good reason as to why he was ignoring you lately.

"Ah ____-san I am quite busy perhaps you could come again tomorrow? He asked worriedly as he blocked you from going in to his house.

"Why? What are you hiding Japan?"

His face flushed a slight tint of pink as he looked another direction.

"n-nothing."

"It doesn't look like nothing. I'm going to find out what it is!" You said as you pushed Japan out of the way.

Once you went in all your past thoughts and speculations had faded away. In front of you hung three beautiful lanterns each with their own decoration and words. Together, in the right order, they spelled....

"I Love You." you said in a whisper.

"u-uh s-so what do y-you think?" Japan asked quietly. " I made it for you."

Your face broke out into a smile quickly running towards Japan and tackling into a big hug.

Yep. idk where it is at the moment but i did finnsih it, hardest part was the words xD
